Areas we cover

We design and install garden lighting across Eastbourne and roughly 5 miles either side. Four areas have their own page with the detail that actually changes the design — exposure to salt air, garden type and what tends to be worth lighting.

Areas with a dedicated guide

Everywhere else we work

  • Town Centre (BN21)

Terraced and semi-detached homes with courtyard gardens where restrained, low-level schemes work best.

  • Hampden Park (BN22)

Larger family gardens with lawns and borders — ideal for zoned schemes covering patio, borders and rear boundary.

  • Langney (BN23)

Family homes with practical rear gardens where driveway and pathway lighting adds real day-to-day value.

  • Ratton (BN20)

Detached homes on generous plots on the Downs' edge — well suited to whole-garden designs with feature uplighting.

  • Upperton (BN21)

Elevated gardens with sea views — architectural facade lighting and terrace lighting are the usual brief.

  • Willingdon (BN20)

Larger gardens on the northern edge of Eastbourne, often bordering the Downs — we work to dark-sky-friendly aiming.
